Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using BrandFlow (“the Service”), operated by Luminior, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
2. The Service
BrandFlow helps you build a brand voice and generate on-brand social content, including AI-generated copy, images, and video, competitor and customer insights, and optional export to third-party tools such as Canva.
3. Accounts
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the brand information, files, and content you submit or generate through BrandFlow. You grant us a license to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you (e.g. generating content, running analysis, exporting to Canva when you choose to).
5. AI-generated content
Generated content is produced by AI models and may be inaccurate or require review. You’re responsible for reviewing and approving anything you publish or send externally.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to generate unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, to attack or misuse our systems, or to violate the terms of any connected third-party service (including Canva’s own terms).
7. Third-party integrations
Some features connect to third-party services — for example, Canva for design export. Connecting is optional, requires your explicit authorization, and can be revoked at any time. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. See our Privacy Policy for what data is shared.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Luminior is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
